Jude 11-16

In this message, Gary Pierce discusses false teachers and how to spot them using Jude 11-16. Jude uses examples from the Bible, including Cain, Balaam, and Korah, to describe the characteristics of false teachers. False teachers are described as hateful, greedy, rebellious, destructive, and misleading. Christians should be aware of false teachers, especially those found online.

Scripture References: Jude 1:11-16

From Series: "Unfollow - A Study in Jude"

The book of Jude is a letter from the half-brother of Jesus to the early church. Jude initially wanted to write about their common salvation but instead urges them to contend for the faith against ungodly people who have snuck into the church and perverted the grace of God. These false teachers deny Jesus and are predestined to punishment. Jude warns the church to not follow them.
